Unilin Fire Rated Chipboard Flooring 2400x600x22mm (8' x 2') – Pack of 80 is a P5 structural board engineered for fire retardant and moisture resistant flooring systems. Designed with MUF bonding and precision tongue and groove edges, it delivers strength and stability under load. Each board achieves Euroclass B-s2,d0 fire performance, self-extinguishing without residual glow once heat is removed. It also resists swelling in damp conditions, maintaining integrity in both service class 1 and 2 environments.

Every panel covers 1.44 m², and a full pack of 80 provides 115.2 m² of flooring coverage. Each board weighs around 18,000 g, ensuring a dense, reliable base for commercial or residential subfloors where fire safety is essential. The Hydroflam range meets EN 312 P5 and EN 13501-1 standards for structural chipboard use in humid environments.

Delivery & Offloading: This product is delivered as a full pack and is heavy. Suitable on-site offloading facilities (such as a forklift or telehandler) are required wherever possible, as the delivery driver may not be able to offload by hand. If offloading equipment is not available, you must contact us before ordering to confirm whether delivery can be completed safely.
