The Versaroc MPA1 is a high-performance fibre cement board made from ordinary Portland cement reinforced with inorganic fibres. Ideal for use as exterior sheathing on steel frame systems (SFS), this board is known for its exceptional durability and non-combustibility. With conformity assessed to BS EN 12467:2012+A2:2018 and a fire classification of A1 non-combustible (BS EN 13501-1:2018), Versaroc MPA1 ensures a high level of safety in fire-sensitive projects.
The board's light grey colour, smooth face, and textured reverse allow it to be both practical and visually appealing. It offers outstanding moisture tolerance and has achieved Category A performance in rigorous environmental conditions. Additionally, its high density contributes to excellent acoustic performance and enhances the airtightness of building envelopes when sealed at joints.
